I Am Empowered

I am not a victim.

Despite challenges, loss, grief, and pain, I stand strong and determined.

I set the stage of my life and deeply innerstand that my inherent power is infinite.

I will not allow suffering or self doubt to overtake me.

I allow my resilience, gratitude, and inner beauty to be the driving forces in my life.

I will no longer confuse Self with temporary emotional states.

I allow myself grace and support as I continue my journey of growth and healing.

I am empowered.

I am sovereign.

I am free.

I am love.

And so it is.
