The Great Escape

I no longer allow myself to be imprisoned by societal norms, programmed thinking, or overidentification with the ego.

I will detach from people, things, expectations and outcomes, and instead appreciate the fullness of my experiences.

I understand that I am not the roles that I play.

I understand that the prison I have confined myself to is my own creation, so I am also the only one who can destroy it.

Confining myself to the artificial limits of the matrix only prevents my ability to grow, heal, learn, thrive and ultimately find inner peace.

I embrace the freedom that letting go brings.

I embrace my true form - pure consciousness.

I am infinite and limitless in nature.

I see my true essence of love, light, and truth.

I live through the timeless, all-knowing wisdom of the heart.

I am no longer a prisoner.

I am free in mind, body, and spirit.

And so it is.
